Economy lending in Armenia on the rise
ArmInfo. In May 2012 as compared with May 2011 economy lending in Armenia grew by 32.4%.
The press service of the Central Bank of Armenia, AMD supply grew by 25.4%, money supply by 24.4%, AMD deposits by 38.8%, foreign exchange deposits by 23.1%. Dollarization rate grew by 1.4% in May 2012 and dropped by 0.5% as compared with May 2011.
The CB forecasts that in 2012 money and AMD supplies will grow by 17.6% and 21.1%, respectively. Monetary base will grow by 8%, AMD deposits by 30%, foreign exchange deposits by 12.6%.
Dollarization rate will drop by 4.2%, while monetization rate will rise by 10%. Economy lending will grow by 20.2% or 270bln AMD.
