Anelik Bank offers MasterCard and Visa cards to its customers at lower tariffs
ArmInfo. Anelik Bank offers Visa and MasterCard international plastic cards to its customers at lower tariffs. The press service of the Bank told ArmInfo that since June 11 2012 Visa Classic and MasterCard Standard cards have been offered with annual service and a trigger balance of 4,000 AMD, and the Visa, MasterCard Gold and Business cards - with annual service and trigger balance of 10,000 AMD against the former 15,000 AMD and 40,000 AMD respectively.
According to the source, the tariffs of international Visa Electron and Cirrus Maestro plastic cards have also been reduced. For these cards the annual service and trigger balances is fixed at 2,500 AMD.
"In 2012 Anelik Bank will make surprises for its customers. We conducted surveys in the market of plastic cards and, taking into account the preferences of the population and the results of the surveys, we are going to introduce a new range of card products in the near future", said Armen Arevyan, Head of the Press Service of Anelik Bank.
He recalled that on May 21 2012 Anelik Bank launched the co-branding ArCa Classic "Careful" plastic card jointly with the Gedeon Richter network of drugstores and STAR trade chain. The card allows the cardholder to receive 5% discount in the Gedeon Richter network of drugstores, as well as to become a member of the STAR Club and receive 10% of additional accumulative units in addition to the accumulated quarterly units.
To recall, the majority shareholder of Anelik Bank is Credit Bank (Lebanon) with 69.5% stake. Anelik Bank is the only bank in Armenia that has a subsidiary in Russia - Anelik Ru CJSC. The Bank participates in almost all international credit programs being implemented in Armenia.
