VTB Bank (Armenia) starts renovation of service halls for customers in line with brand and corporative style of VTB group
ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) has opened a new comfortable service hall for customers in the head office. The official opening of the hall took place on 3 July.
"Within the frames of development of the retail business the Bank has decided to upgrade the net for raising the quality of service offered to customers and as a result, for raising of customers' loyalty to the bank", - director of the retail business development of VTB Bank (Armenia), Artak Khachatryan, said at today's opening ceremony.
He said that a queue control system has been set in the renovated hall. Separate zones for giving individual service to customers as well as separate room for talks have been created. "The stage by stage work on leading all the offices of the bank to the brand style have been implemented. The bank's offices Myasnikyan, Erebuni, Mashtots, Khorenatsi, Spandaryan, Armavir, Gyumri, Echmiadzin, Kotayk and others will be reformed by the end of the current year. The Arabkir office will resume its activity at the beginning of July and give services to customers in an absolutely renovated and comfortable hall", - Khachatryan said and added that entire optimization of the office net will end in 2 years.
As acting director general of VTB Bank (Armenia) Yuri Gusyev said, the main purpose of making investments in the reforming and repairing programme of the bank's offices is first of all to create as comfortable service conditions for customers and visitors of the bank as possible.
A member of Armenia's Central Bank Council, Oleg Agasyan, emphasized that VTB Bank (Armenia) has always been in the list of the leading banks of Armenia with its key indices as well as geographical coverage of the offices net. "Over the last five years the assets of the bank have been growing on average by 30% per year and credit portfolio - by 40%. The share of the credit portfolio in the total volume of assets is 75% at present", - Agasyan concluded.
