Traveling component of social package for state employees contributes to development of incoming tourism in Armenia  
ArmInfo. The Traveling component of the social package for state employees of Armenia contributes to development of incoming tourism in Armenia, "Romea" Tour Club Director Rouben Grigoryan said at today's press conference. 
He said that the Armenian population is gradually recovering the tradition of spending the vacation at the Armenian traveling centers.  In particular, the flows of Armenian tourists to the resorts towns of Jermuk and Tsaghkadzor have considerably increased. Many people also prefer spending their vacation in Dilijan, Aghveran and Aghavnadzor.  
On the other hand, since the launch of the social package, the tour operators have started improving the quality of services.   
To note, the social packages in Armenia have been provided to the state employees since Jan 2012. The package is meant for 120,000 employees working at various state establishments. The social package for state employees consists of 4 components worth a total of 132 thsd AMD. The first component is the voluntary health insurance, the basic value of which is 52 thsd AMD. Within its frames, the insuree can receive only in-patient treatment outside the government order.  The other 80 thsd AMD can be spent on payments for leisure, education and redemption of mortgage loans at the beneficiary's discretion.
