Aug 1 2012 Armenia's money supply totaled $2.980bln
ArmInfo. In July 2012 Armenia's money supply grew by 1.6% to $2.980bln or 1.215trl. As compared with July 2011 it grew by 20.1%.
According to the Central Bank of Armenia, in July 2012 the cash outside the banking system increased by 4.1% to 352.8bln AMD. As compared with July 2011 it grew by 11%.
The share of AMD deposits made up 26.2% or 323.1bln AMD, that of foreign exchange deposits - 44.3% or 538.8bln AMD.
In July 2012 the external assets increased by 3% to -161.4bln AMD, while the internal ones grew by 1% to 1.376trl AMD.
The share of the economy made up 1.565trl AMD, the share of organizations - 916.8bln AMD, the share of households - 602.9bln AMD, the share of non-profit organizations - 22.9bln AMD.
