Precious metals have grown in price by 1.7% over November 2012
ArmInfo. In November 2012, 1.7% average growth in prices of precious metals has been fixed in Armenia this week against the background of 2.7% increase in gold, silver and palladium prices and 1.2% decline in platinum prices.
The State Depository of Precious Metals and Stones of the Armenian Finance Ministry told ArmInfo that the following prices have been fixed for 26 November - 2 December 2012: gold (small bullions) - 22602.3 AMD (0.2% weekly rise), silver - 432.78 AMD (1.7% rise), platinum - 20586.7 AMD (0.1% weekly decline), and palladium - 8419.99 AMD (2.7% weekly rise).
Precious metals in Armenia have grown in price by 13.6% since early 2012 mostly due to 16.4% increase in gold, platinum and silver prices and 5.2% increase in palladium prices.
Since early 2012, gold has grown in price by 14%, silver - by 20%, platinum - by 17%, gold - by 8%. The average growth in the precious metal prices sine early 2012 is 14.8%.
