Ameria Group to donate over 76mln AMD to children with cancer and leukemia


ArmInfo. Ameria Group and Antikyan Gallery conducted on Wednesday a charity auction of pictures by well-known Armenian painters with a view to raise funds for children with cancer and leukemia.

For the pictures they have received 35.121mln AMD (almost 87,000), with 6.321mln AMD ($16,000) more received as free-will donations.

Head of Ameriabank's Development Department Tigran Jrbashyan said that America Group will redouble the sum and will provide the money to 15 ill children. He said that this campaign has been held for two years already, with as many as 26 children already cured as a result.

Those wishing to join the initiative may donate funds to 1570036910764400 charity account at Ameriabank.
