0.3% revaluation of AMD against USD fixed in Dec 2012, and 5.9% devaluation in 2012


ArmInfo. In 2012 5.9% devaluation of AMD against USD was fixed in Armenia. The National Statistical Service of Armenia told ArmInfo that in Dec 2012 the average exchange rate was 405.96 AMD/$1 against 383.22 AMD/$1 in Dec 2011.

The source says that in Dec 2012 versus Nov 2012 consumer prices grew by 2.1% amid 0.3% revaluation of AMD against USD, and in Jan-Dec 2012 3.2% inflation was fixed amid 5.9% devaluation of AMD against USD.
