VTB Bank (Armenia) opens three more reformatted branches
ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) keeps on optimizing the branch network both in Yerevan and in the regions. Within the frames of its strategy of retail development, 15 three renovated branches of VTB Bank (Armenia) were opened on January, two of them in Yerevan and one in Ashtarak (Aragatsotn region).
"The changes in VTB Bank (Armenia) demonstrate the Bank's unused potential. I think the launch of the new branches will enhance the activeness of the Bank and contribute to development of economic, trade and financial relations between the two countries", Russian Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko said in his welcome speech.
For his part, Director General, Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia) Yuri Gusev said that the project of reformatting and renovating of the branches launched in 2012 is the key task of the Bank for 2013. Under the project, 20 branches have already been reformatted and renovated. Over 20 branches will be reformatted in 2013.
Artak Khachatryan, Head of the Retail Business Development Department of VTB Bank (Armenia), said that in addition to the repair, many other measures aimed at optimization of the customer service procedure, modernization and technical re-equipment of workplaces have also been taken. The interior has been brought in compliance with the brand and firm style of VTB Group. "The reformatting aims not only to repair the branches, but also to enhance the quality of customer service", said Khachatryan.
