In Q1 2013 money supply in Armenia grew by 1.3%  
ArmInfo. In Q1 2013 money supply in Armenia grew by 1.3% to 1,4tln AMD or $3.3bln. In Mar 2013 it grew by as much, with 20.2% growth as compared with Q1 2012.  
AMD supply grew by 3.3% in Q1 2013 and by 9.8% as compared with Q1 2012 to 713.4bln AMD or $1.7bln.  In Mar 2013 it did not change.
AMD cash outside the banking system made up 344bln AMD or 25% of money supply: 10.4% more than in Q4 2012, 0.5% more than in Feb 2013 and 7% more than in Q1 2012.
AMD deposits made up 369.4bln AMD or 36.8% of money supply: 4.4% more than in Q4 2012, 0.5% more than in Feb 2013 and 12.4% more than in Q1 2012. Foreign exchange deposits made up 650.2bln AMD or 47.7% of money supply (+6.9%, +2.7% and +34.2%, respectively).
Net foreign assets were at –202.6bln AMD. Internal assets grew by 2.3% in Q1 2013, by 0.6% in Mar 2013, by 28.3% as compared with Q1 2012 to 1.6tln AMD.
