Arminfo. The second in 2013 issue of 20-year old state bonds AMG20172323 with emission volume 4.5 bln drams and coupon yield 13% with coupon redemption once in six months will take place on 13 June, Armenia's Central Bank reported. The initial placement of these long-term bonds will take place in Central Bank. Since the moment of circulation of the first 20-year old state bonds in 2008 at securities market of Armenia, the above mentioned tranche is the second with such a volume of emission. But the difference is that the weighted average return of the first was 16,44% (placement in March 2011). The first 20-year old state bond was placed in February 2008 with emission volume 4 bln drams and the weighted average return 10,98%. As a rule, the demand for these State Long-Term Bonds exceeds supply almost twofold, as they are attractive not only because of the long-term circulation period, but also for high profitability. The next two tranches of the 20-year old State Long-Term Bonds will be issued on 12 September and 12 December 2013. The purpose of these state bonds is financing of the state budget deficit.
