VTB Bank (Armenia) opens the upgraded office of its Baghramyan branch
ArmInfo. The opening of the renovated and upgraded office of the Baghramyan branch of VTB Bank (Armenia) took place in Baghramyan village (Armavir region) on October 3.
The press service of VTB Bank (Armenia) reports that several measures have been taken to optimize the procedures related to customer service, modernization and full technical re-equipment of workplaces and the servicing area. The bank also took relevant measures to bring the interior in compliance with the brand and firm style of VTB Group.
"Today we have opened the Baghramyan branch. The main peculiarity of the reformatted branches is the fast and high-quality service. VTB Bank (Armenia) pays much attention to each branch in any point of Armenia. We are confident that the new convenient and upgraded offices will allow considerably raising the customer service to a new level", said Yuri Gusev, Director General, Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia).
Representatives of Baghramyan village administration and Armavir region administration, as well as businessmen, representatives of the fields of education and culture and a number of other officials attended the opening ceremony. To note, VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC became a member of VTB Group in April 2004. VTB Bank OJSC, the second largest bank in Russia, owns 100% of shares of VTB Bank (Armenia). The latter has the largest branch network in Armenia (67 branches).
