By dialling 011 202020 clients can access their account information as well as obtain advice about any service offered by ProCredit Bank, including business financing solutions, savings, Internet banking, Visa International payment card transactions, money transfers, etc.
The Call Centre is equipped with the latest technology, allowing for fast and efficient service and the recording of calls for monitoring and quality assurance purposes.
Asmus Rotne, the bank's Executive Director, described the new Call Centre as follows: "We have selected our best specialists for the Call Centre in order to ensure that all clients receive professional answers to their questions."
