First in the market 24/7 cash deposit service from HSBC
ArmInfo. HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc is introducing a new cash deposit service for its clients.
The press service of HSBC Bank Armenia reports that the new service will allow customers to instantly deposit cash into their bank account, which is in addition to the regular set of transactions available via HSBC Armenia ATMs.
Effective today, our customers can deposit cash via the multifunctional ATM located at 66 Teryan main office premises and see the deposit being immediately credited to their account. With this new feature, per transaction HSBC ATM can accept up to 80 Armenian dram banknotes of any denomination in one go, except for AMD5000 banknotes issued in 1999/2012 and AMD100000 banknotes (for more detail visit www.hsbc.am).
According to analysis, today around 80% of all cash withdrawal transactions of HSBC Armenia are being conducted via our network of 55 ATMs. This gives grounds to estimate that in the near future cash-in service tends to become as popular as cash-out.

This quick and easy cash-in service will help our clients jump the queues, save time and provide flexibility in managing their cash transactions outside working hours," said Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc.
As of Jan 1 2014 the authorized capital of HSBC Bank Armenia totaled 18.4bln AMD with no change recorded as compared with Jan 1 2013. In 2013 HSBC Bank Armenia registered the biggest net profit – 8.009bln AMD (7.3% annual growth). As a result, the bank's accumulated profit grew by 26.4% to 20.1bln AMD, while the total capital grew by 16.3% to 41.3bln AMD. The assets and obligations grew by 18% and 18.2% to respective 249.4bln AMD and 208.1bln AMD.
The shareholders of HSBC Bank Armenia are HSBC Europe B.V. (70%) and Wings Establishment (30%).
