Armenia's gross international reserves up 25% in 2013 
ArmInfo. Armenia's gross international reserves were up 25% in 2013 and totaled $2.252 bln by 1 Jan 2014, the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) told ArmInfo.
The net foreign assets grew by 50.5% to $1.607 bln, the SDR in the IMF dropped almost 17-fold to $2 mln (1.2 mln SDR).
The source says that in 2008-2013 Armenia's gross foreign assets rose by 60.1%. In particular, in 2008 the decline made up 15.2%, which was followed by 42.4% growth in 2009, 10% decline in 2010, 3.6% growth in 2011, 7% decline in 2012 and 25% growth in 2013. 
To note, the share of bank gold in the gross international reserves of Armenia was zeroed in Dec 2003.
