Converse Bank introduces unified transfer-card for prompt money transfers
ArmInfo. Converse Bank introduced a unified transfer-card for prompt money transfers on 1 April, the bank's press-service told ArmInfo. The holders of the new card get an opportunity to receive money transfers via Converse Transfer, Avers, Unistream, Anelik, Moneygram, Interexpress, Tandem, without visiting the bank. The cardholders can verify the amount of the money transfer through the contact number (010) 511-292, telling the bank officer his personal data, password, code, passport series and the code of the money transfer. After data verification, the amount will be transferred on the account of the unified transfer-card.
According to the source, to transfer the funds from the transfer-card to another card account or to replenish the transfer card account, it is necessity to visit any of the bank's branches. The money on the transfer-card account can be dispensed via any ATM. The positive balance for the transfer-card account in the national dram is 3% annual interest.
According to the bank, the holders of the transfer-card will participate in all the bonus programs: Converse Points, Cash-back and discounts.
To get a transfer-card, the following documents are required: passport or other identity certificate, social card, and an application that can be filled at the bank. The transfer-card will be valid for 3 years. Visa Electron transfer card will cost 2000 drams, ArCa transfer-card is provided free of charge. Converse Bank was established in 1993. Its shareholders are Advanced Global Investments (95%) and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin (5%). The bank offers the full range of banking services through its headquarters, as well as 34 branches in Yerevan and across Armenia.
