Upgraded offices of VTB bank (Armenia) in Gegarkunik region start working in a new format


Arminfo. The upgraded three offices of VTB bank (Armenia) have started working in a new format in Sevan, Martuni and Vardenis towns of Gegarkunik region of Armenia.

As director of the Retail Business Department of the VTB Bank (Armenia) Artak Khachatryan said, these offices have been reequipped and are fully in line with the brand and style of the VTB Group. "The complex measures have been taken in the upgraded offices directed at optimization of the procedures on rendering services to clients, on upgrading and technical reequipment of the job places and service areas", - Khachatryan said. He also added that the offices offer all the types of the retail credit products,

"Since opening of the upgraded offices, our clients in Sevan, Martuni and Vardenis got an extra stimulus to be served in a first-class bank. Our purpose is to remain a reliable financial partner of citizens in everyday affairs as well as in serious decisions, such as, implementing major purchase with a help of credit resources", - Director General of VTB Bank (Armenia), Yuri Gusev, said at the opening ceremony. He also added that the whole specter of the banking services is available in these three offices. The bank intends to ensure equal level of the quality of service in all the offices irrespective of their location, he said.

Gusev said that 6 new offices of VTB Bank (Armenia) will be opened in Yerevan and the regions of Armenia in 2015.
