Two banks and two insurance companies recognized as best partners of Armenia's Financial Ombudsman for 2014


ArmInfo. Financial Ombudsman of Armenia has named its the best partner banks and insurance companies of 2014: Ardshinbank CJSC, VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC, INGO Armenia ICJSC, and Nairi Insurance ILLC.

According to the Financial Ombudsman's press office, these companies were selected basing on such criteria as the quality of cooperation, the share of the disputes that were settled through reconciliation of the parties etc.

Financial Ombudsman's Office also awarded a number of employees of the banking and financial sectors for assistance to settlement of disputes.

Financial Ombudsman's Office launched free of charge services for public in early 2009. The Office is funded by the financial organizations.
