ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank has set up solar collectors at Armenak & Ann Tadevossians Medical Center - Pediatric Rehabilitation Center (Kosh village, Aragatsotn region). The banks press-office has reported to ArmInfo that the facilities will provide the Center with hot water, which is necessary for treatment. Due to the collectors the Center administration will have the chance to whittle down hot water supply
expenses.
According to the source, the bank and Center employees planted trees near the Medical Center.
Last year solar energy collectors were set up in the headquarters and 14 branches of the bank. ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank PR Officer Narek Asatryan has said that bank has also set up the equipment in
kindergartens and pre-school educational institutions in six villages.
"ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank" CJSC has been operating in Armenia since 1995. Since September 2006, the majority shareholders of the Bank have been Credit Agricole S.A. (15.56%) and SJSC "Sacam
International" (part of Credit Agricole S.A - 12.44%). Along with them, 10 agricultural cooperative unions hold shares in the capital of ACBA- Credit Agricole Bank.
