VTB Bank (Armenia) has relaunched the renovated "Number 35" branch (Bagratunyants Street, Apt. 13). The bank's press-office has reported to ArmInfo that after the renovation the branch-premises have been expanded to provide better service.
According to the source, actions have been taken towards the improvement of client service, modernization, technical reequipment of working sites and service zones, as well as adjusting the interior design of the branch in accordance with VTB Group style. There are queuing systems in "Number 35" branch, as well as service zones according to the service and product types. The renovated branch also features individual service zones. Clients can get retail credit products in the branch.
VTB Bank (Armenia) joined VTB Group in April 2004 and is fully owned by VTB Bank, the second biggest bank in Russia. VTB Bank (Armenia) is one of the leaders of Armenia's banking sector. It has 67 branches all over the country (the largest branch network in Armenia).
