
ArmInfo.A single Central Bank (regulator) may be established within the Eurasian Economic Union, Danil Irayev, a minister of the Eurasian Economic Commission, told an online news conference.
"In future, any bank of the EEU countries will get a right to enter the financial market of another EEU country after receiving a license in its home region. However, the issue has not received final solution yet," the minister said.
In his words, they are working now to establish a single insurance market and the first step is development of a new insurance product of the EEU for mutual acknowledgment of MTPL policies in the territory of the EEU,
To recall, Kyrgyzstan became a full member of the EEU in August 2015 along with Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
