Ardshinbank and INGO Armenia insurance company recognized as the best partners of Financial Ombudsman Office in Armenia in 2015

ArmInfo. Ardshinbank and INGO Armenia insurance company are recognized as the best partners of Financial Ombudsman of Armenia in 2015. As Financial Ombudsman's press-service informed ArmInfo, the criteria of quality of cooperation, relative share of cases solved by conciliation of the parties, etc. was taken into consideration for recognition of the best partners.

At the same time at year-end 2015 Financial Ombudsman presented certificates to the best partners-specialists of banking sector and insurance field. For providing assistance to the settlement of cases in hand, specialist from Ardshinbank Roza Pedanyan (she received certificate also in 2014) and Head of Compensation Department of INGO Armenia Hayk Mangoyan received certificates.

To recall, Ardshinbank, VTB Bank (Armenia), INGO Armenia and Nairi Insurance companies were recognized as the best partners of Financial Ombudsman's Office in Armenia at year-end 2014. Roza Pedanyan (Ardshinbank) and Mane Martirosyan (from Nairi Insurance) received certificates.

To note, Financial Ombudsman's Office, which has been operating in Armenia since the beginning of 2009, provides services free of charge and financial organizations themselves pay for the Office work.
