Prices of precious metals in Armenia suffered accelerated rate of  decline to 1.6% from 1.1%

ArmInfo. Prices of precious  metals in Armenia suffered accelerated rate of decline to 1.6% from  1.1%. The prices of all precious metals saw downward trend, with  platinum suffering the steepest decline.

The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the  Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following  selling prices have been set for precious metals for August 22- 28:   gold (small bullions) - 20525,60 AMD per 1g (0.2% decline versus the  previous week's 0.9% decline), silver - 301.43 AMD (1.4% decline  versus 2.2% decline the previous week), platinum - 17055,61 AMD (3.7%  decline versus 0.1% decline previous week) and palladium - 10652.04  AMD (1.1% decline versus 0.9% decline previous week).

By the data of the international stock markets as of August 25, 2016,  1:27pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up  $1,328.3 (down 0.01% versus August 24), silver - $18.59 (no changes  versus August 24), platinum - $1,083 (no changes versus August 24),  and palladium - $689 (no changes versus August 24).
