VTB Bank launches Call Back Request for its customers

ArmInfo. To facilitate the  phone banking procedures for its customers, VTB Bank (Armenia) has  launched a Call Bank Request service that will allow customers to  save their resources and request a call from the Bank for the time  most convenient to him in the period from 9:30am to 7:30pm on working  days and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. 

The Bank's press-office told ArmInfo, the customers may request a  Call Back on the Bank's website also in case they fail to contact the  Bank.  The operator will contact the customer immediately.  To  request a Call Back, a customer just needs to visit the Bank's  website ( www.vtb.am ) and fill a short application (providing such  data as name, phone number and Call Back time). A Call Back can be  requested not only in the territory of Armenia but also outside it,  which will make the communication with the Bank even more convenient.
