ArmInfo. South Caucasus Railway (SCR) CJSC is participating in the seventh regional trade and industry universal exhibition PanArmenian Expo 2016, which is being held in Yerevan on October 7-9.
The visitors will familiarize themselves with the key directions of the SCR activities, prospects of development of cargo multimodal transportations, including those from Iran to European countries and back, Armenia's railway transport development projects, geography of passenger traffic by rail, as well as tourism products.
First Deputy CEO of SCR CJSC Oleg Shatalov informed Director of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who visited the SCR pavilion, of the main railway services and the prospects for expansion of the railway traffic geography.
The organizers of PanArmenian Expo 2016, which features nearly 100 companies, are the Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and PromExpo company.
The key goal of the event is to raise the recognizability and demand for the local commodities and services on the Armenian market, create a business platform for strengthening and developing the trade and economic ties between Armenia and Diaspora, create new opportunities for export of Armenian products to the international market, contribute to implementation of joint production and investment programs, as well as to reveal the economic potential of Armenia.
