ArmInfo. Armenian MES informs about 150 trucks and passenger vehicles being backed up in Upper Lars Checkpoint.
According to the department information, as of April 12 12:30, all the republican and interstate roads in Armenia mostly are passable. Sotk Karvajar road sector is hard to travel over.
According to data received from Georgian MFA ES data, Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of traffic. 150 trucks and passenger vehicles are being observed from the Russian side in Upper Lars Checkpoint", Armenian MES statement reads.
To remind, the day before yesterday Military-Georgian road was totally closed because of the bad weather.
