ArmInfo. A new state program for providing available agricultural loans for procurement companies was submitted for discussion by the Armenian Government, Agriculture Minister Ignatiy Arakelyan said on the eve of a working visit to Armavir district.
According to the Minister, credit rating of the procurer will be the main criterion for granting the loan. The condition of the loan is the work with the villagers exclusively on contractual basis. Already after the approval of the program, as the minister explained, a tripartite agreement will be concluded with the farms of the republic, which will allow to regulate the entire procurement process.
