ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia issued a license to RESO Insurance Company for two new classes - aviation insurance and liability from its use. As the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia told ArmInfo, the decision was made on August 4 at a meeting of the Council of the Central Bank.
According to ArmInfo data, IC "RESO" by now carried out insurance in 11 classes: health insurance, accident insurance, CASCO, liability insurance against the use of land transport, insurance of cargo transportation, property (from fires and natural disasters, and from other damages), general liability insurance, travel insurance, insurance of financial risks, OSAGO.
According to the ranking of insurance companies of Armenia, prepared by NA ArmInfo, the volume of insurance premiums of RESO Insurance Company as of July 1, 2017 amounted to 1.7 bln AMD with an annual growth of 13.1%, and the volume of insurance indemnities - 877.8 mln AMD with an annual growth of 59.2% %. The insurance premiums of the company are dominated by fees for OSAGO, health insurance, CASCO, and in the reimbursements - OSAGO and CASCO.
