Deputy Minister of Finance of Armenia Atom Janjugazian received coordinator of the SIGMA program of the Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD) and the EU in Armenia Marian Lemke.As the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Finance informs, during the meeting the importance of the assistance rendered to Armenia within the framework of the SIGMA program was emphasized, in particular, in the creation of new laws on state purchases, on civil service and external audit.
The sides also discussed issues of cooperation in the areas of public administration and public finance management.At the end of the meeting, an official invitation was sent to the Minister of Finance of Armenia Vardan Aramian, to take part in the Paris conference "Good public administration for citizens and businesses", which will be held on December 13-14.
