The corresponding instructions were announced by the Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan on September 22 at a government meeting. As Karen Karapetyan noted, the economic potential of the republic, comprehensive data on investment programs and economic growth were presented recently during the sixth pan-Armenian forum "Armenia-Diaspora". However, as the prime minister noted, there is a task to make this information more accessible to the broad masses.
To this end, as the head of the Armenian government believes, it is necessary to make the scientific and economic potential of Armenia accessible to international well-known economic structures and entrepreneurs by organizing economic events that meet modern requirements.
In this regard, the head of the Cabinet instructed the head of the government apparatus in a week term to organize the International Economic Forum in Armenia in 2018 to draft a corresponding legal act on the formation of an interdepartmental commission headed by the deputy prime minister and the participation of the ministers of the economic bloc.
