ArmInfo. The Russian group of companies Tashir is interested in the construction of the Meghri hydropower plant on the border with Iran. This was announced on November 22 in the interview with journalists by the vice president of the Tashir Group of Companies, the chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Electric Networks of Armenia Karen Darbinyan.
According to him, the project of Meghri hydropower plant is under discussion. "It is quite possible that we will take part in it and make the necessary investments," Karen Darbinyan said, pointing out at the same time the fact that Tashir is currently paying more attention to the construction of Shnokh HPP.
