Armenian State Revenue Committee: Large and average taxpayers in Jan-Sep of 2017 provided the state treasury more by 34.4 billion AMD

ArmInfo. The Department of  Large and Medium Taxpayers of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia  (ARC) for January-September of 2017 provided tax revenues of 34.4  billion AMD more than the same indicator for 2016. According to the  press service of the tax and customs administration, in 9 months of  the current year, more funds (394 billion AMD) were raised to the  treasury of large and medium-sized taxpayers by 9.6% than in the same  period previous  year.

Concerning tax overpayment, for which SRC is constantly being  criticized by the country's business community, the press service  notes their significant decline. It is noted that if in  January-September 2016 in the year-by-year tax surplus increased by  7.9 billion, then for the same period of this year this figure was  reduced by 20.3 billion AMD to 62.6 billion AMD.
