Dollar tranche of Ameriabank bonds was listed on Nasdaq OMX Armenia

ArmInfo. January 9 2017, the  dollar issue of the nominal coupon bonds of Ameriabank was listed on  the Nasdaq OMX Armenia stock exchange, entered the main list of Abond  and allowed to enter into targeted trading and repo deals.

As the press service of the exchange told ArmInfo, this issue  includes 100,000 nominal coupon bonds (ISIN - AMAMRBB28ER8), with a  par value of $ 100, with coupon yield of 5%, with a circulation term  of 27 months. The bonds will be quoted under the AMRBB8 exchange  code.

In total, 43 issues of corporate bonds of 12 issuers are quoted at  the Nasdaq OMX Armenia exchange on January 9, 2018, taking into  account this Ameriabank issue, out of which 37 issues were issued by  9 banks:  Ameriabank and Araratbank (8 each), Armswissbank ( 6),  Anelik Bank (5), Unibank and Armbusinessbank (3 each), Converse Bank  (2), one tranche from ACBA-Credit Agricole and BSTDB. Of the total  number of corporate bonds quoted on the exchange, there are 28 dollar  issues, 25 of them are issued by 8 banks:  Araratbank (6), Ameriabank  (5), Armswissbank (4), Anelik Bank (4), Armbusinessbank and Unibank),  and one by one from Converse Bank and ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank. In  addition, 2 euro tranches are listed on the exchange - one each from  Ameriabank and Armswissbank. The total number of bonds quoted on the  exchange included also 3 drams of the National Mortgage Company, and  2 issues (1 dollar and 1 dram) of the UCC "Global Credit" and UCC  "Finka".
