ArmInfo. The draft program on improving the business environment of Armenia for 2018 consists of 43 measures. As the press service of the government reports, the discussion of the project with Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan took place on February 14.
During the discussions, the results expected in the framework of the implementation of activities, in particular those related to the establishment of companies, the provision of construction permits, connection to the power grid, property registrations, loans, protection of minority shareholders' rights, payment of taxes, foreign trade, contract management and the recognition of bankruptcy, and the formation of sectoral groups.
According to the source, K. Karapetyan attached special importance to the constant communication with the business community, the development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the country's rating in the framework of the global Doing business study.
In the annual report Doing Business 2018 Armenia, among the 190 countries included in the study, located on the 47th position with a descent of 9 points.
