ArmInfo. Artsakh will grant the right of ownership to the land to non- citizens of the country - compatriots who will be ready to invest in the creation of gardens of industrial importance. Artsakh Press reports that the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh Zhirayr Mirzoyan informed Artsakhpress about this.
In particular, according to him, the department will come up with a legislative initiative providing for amendments to the Land Code of the country, establishing such a right for compatriots. "I think that all compatriots who are citizens of other states, if they want to make a significant contribution to the development of horticulture in Artsakh, should have exclusive ownership of this land," he explained.
At the same time, the minister informed that the same right will be granted to the citizens of the Artsakh Republic who own the gardens of industrial value used on rental basis.
