ArmInfo. The currency interbank of Armenia increased its volume by 3.7% from May 29 to June 1, after growing by 6.6% in the previous week. In parallel with this, the USD transactions in the intra-bank foreign exchange market stayed in decline, while the EUR and RUR transactions show mixed uptrend dynamics. Exchange market since the beginning of the year to this day is empty. As a result, the AMD from May 29 to June 1 stayed at 483 AMD/USD1 level, continuing the revaluation to the EUR - from 566 to 564 AMD/EUR1, becoming stronger against the RUR - from 7.9 to 7.8 AMD/RUR1. A year earlier, as of June 1, 2017, the exchange rate of the dram to the dollar was 482AMD, to the euro - 541, and to the ruble - 8.5, which, in comparison with the current rates, indicates the annual devaluation of the dram to the dollar and euro, at revaluation to the ruble.
