ArmInfo. The amounts of premiums and allowances at the end of last year in the Ministry of Agriculture were lower than in the State Revenue Committee. "We don't have such a budget," former head of the Ministry of Agriculture, and now the deputy minister of the ministry Gegham Gevorgyan, told reporters on January 24.
Gevorgyan abstained from specifying the size of the premiums, but said he did not think that the average amount exceeded 200 thousand drams. At the same time, as the deputy minister pointed out, the leadership of the Ministry, the minister and the deputy minister, was not on this list. As for the 13th salary, all the department employees received it in the amount of one salary.
Chairman of the State Property Management Committee Narek Babayan said that the department's employees received bonuses in the amount of one salary. "I did not receive it myself, because I have no authority to reward myself," he said. Employees of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments were also not deprived of attention from the management during the pre-holiday period. As Minister Tigran Khachatryan pointed out, the amount of bonuses and incentives was "moderate" and within the limits established by law.
Minister of Transport, Communications and IT Hakob Arshakyan believes that the wages in the public sector are too low. In this regard, the ministry developed a system of employee motivation, both horizontal and vertical. As a result, at the end of last year, in connection with the New Year holidays, a bonus of approximately one salary was paid to employees. The agency also has a bonus system, which is provided for particularly diligent and enterprising employees.
Earlier it became known that a number of governors of Armenia wrote out bonuses for themselves and a number of employees, in the amount from half to full monthly salary. Governor of the Ararat region Gagik Sargsyan wrote out, for example, 104% of his monthly salary, about 700 thousand drams. On the eve of the media spread the information that a number of high-ranking officials of the Committee received huge awards at the end of last year. In particular, the head of the Committee Davit Ananyan is about 8 million drams, his deputy Rafik Mashadyan is about 9 million drams. At the same time, the salary of the head of the Committee is about 800 thousand drams. "The data on the awards issued by the State Revenue Committee on the eve of the day are misinformation and do not correspond to reality," head of the department David Ananyan told reporters. At the same time, as Ananyan pointed out, the fund for encouraging the SRC is the largest among all government agencies.
