The Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX), together with the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), summarized the traditional annual competition,  awarding the best participating partners on March 25. As the press  service of the AMX told ArmInfo, the competition was held in 11  categories, of which 5 concerned exchange partners, and 6 - CDA  partners.

According to the source, the Grand Prix was awarded to ARARATBANK,  which for the 6th time was recognized as the best member of the  exchange - AMX Grand Prix 2019. In the competition AMX 2019,  Armswissbank was recognized the best in two nominations: "Member of  the exchange on the corporate bond market". Ameriabank was recognized  as the best deposit operator of the depositary system in the  international securities market and the best member of the Securities  Exchange in the government bond market. The "Armenbrok" IC is  recognized as the winner in several nominations: "Member of the  Securities Exchange on Repo-Transactions", "Custodian Operator of the  Depositary System Account on the Corporate Securities Market",  "Operator-Registrar of the Depository System" and "Member of the  unified system of accounting and settlement of securities.

In addition, employees of financial organizations that most actively  cooperated with the exchange and the Depositary also received  nominations. . Thus, according to the source, Araksia Harutyunyan  became the best partner - trade participant ("Armenbrok" IC), and  Siranush Harutyunyan (ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank) was recognized the  best employee of the member of the unified system of accounting and  settlement of securities.

During the award ceremony, General Director of AMX Securities  Exchange Hayk Yeganyan stressed the importance of involving financial  and state structures, organizations and professional specialists in  the development of the Armenian capital market. In turn, Director  General of the Central Depository of Armenia Vahan Stepanyan highly  appreciated the close cooperation with partners.

To note, this is already the 10th annual competition held by the  Securities Exchange and the Central Depositary of Armenia. This time,  in connection with the renaming of the exchange, it is called <AMX  2019 Competition >.
