ArmInfo.In the regions of Armenia, in November 2020, 1,874 transactions for the purchase and sale of real estate were carried out, which is 43.7% lower than a year ago, and 28% less than in October 2020.
According to the data of the RA Real Estate Cadastre State Committee, out of the total number of transactions made in the regions of Armenia, during the reporting period, the largest percentage, as before, falls on the purchase and sale of land (539.07 ha)- 1107 transactions (59%), with an annual decline of 42%, with a monthly decline of 30.6%. The highest percentage of land purchase and sale transactions traditionally falls on the Kotayk region (32.4%), and the lowest is registered in the Syunik region (0.3%). Then, in terms of number, in the regions of the Republic of Armenia, there are transactions for the purchase and sale of private houses (18%), followed by transactions with apartments (16%). And very scanty shares are accounted for by transactions for the purchase and sale of public buildings (3.2%), garages (2.7%) and production facilities (1%).
According to the source, in the regions of Armenia only 298 transactions for the purchase and sale of apartments were carried out with an annual decline of 51.5%, with a monthly decline of 22%. At the same time, the average market value of apartments in the regions of Armenia increased in November 2020 compared to the same period in 2019 by 1.6%, with a decline of 1.1% over the month, amounting to 92 thousand AMD / 1 sq. m.
According to cadastral data, the highest prices for apartments in the regions are traditionally held in the resort town of Tsaghkadzor - 281.3 thousand AMD / 1 sq. m. on average, with an annual decline of 0.4%, unchanged per month. This is followed by the city of Abovyan, where the price of apartments was fixed at the level of 188.3 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with an annual growth of 6.1%, without changes per month. And the top three is closed by the city of Vagharshapat, where a square meter of an apartment costs 160.2 thousand drams, with an annual growth of 8.6%, with no change per month. The lowest prices were recorded in Tumanyan (Lori region) -20.3 thousand AMD / 1sq.m. (with an annual decline of 15.4%, during the month - by 5.6%), followed by the city of Akhtala (Lori region) - 35.1 thousand drams / 1 sq. m. (with an annual decline of 12.3%, with no change per month), and Chambarak (Gegharkunik region) - 37.1 thousand drams / 1 sq. m. (with an annual decline of 15.7%, for the month - 2.4%).
