ArmInfo. "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter HSBC Armenia / Bank) continues its tradition of the Toy Drive for children from disadvantaged backgrounds in various regions of Armenia. This year the magic of the winter season came alive for over 200 children from the Kotayk region.
Children’s letters addressed to Santa Claus found their way to the Bank’s employees. Becoming real-life Santas, they delivered the requested toys, creating an unforgettable day for the children.
Since 2007, as part of the HSBC Youth Opportunities Programme, HSBC employees around the world have been purchasing toys for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and delivering them to the offices of local partner charity organisations.
“HSBC Armenia continues its commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate. Toy Drive is one example, a tradition we have been upholding for more than 15 years. It stands out as a symbol of hope, turning seemingly impossible dreams into happy realities for children who may be facing challenges during the holiday season,” says Irina Seylanyan, Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Armenia.
