According to TASS, the  head of the company Nikolay Shulginov told journalists about this on  the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum. "There are progress on  this topic, we are trying to bring these agreements to the signing of  binding documents. There are progress," he said.

ArmInfo. Electricity generation in Armenia in Q1 of 2019.  amounted to 1 814.9 million kWh, with y-o-y decline of 14%, against a growth of 0.4% a year earlier. In  March alone, growth was recorded by 9.3% to 628.2 million kWh.

ArmInfo. In Armenia, standards of construction of small hydropower plants will be tightened. The amendments to the Water Code were approved at the March 21 meeting of the RA Government.  Presenting the draft amendments, the Minister of  Nature Protection Eric Grigoryan noted that the document resolved  cases of refusal to grant permits for the construction of new small  hydropower plants, determined those rivers on which the construction  of small hydropower facilities is generally prohibited.
