In 2012 Ameriabank will increase share of retail loans to 25-30%
ArmInfo. In 2012 Ameriabank is going to increase the share of retail loans in its lending portfolio from 15% to 25-30%, Retail Banking Director of Ameriabank Vazrik Sekoyan said during the opening of the bank's Komitas branch on Friday.
He said that as of today the bank's retail loan book totals 18bln AMD.
"All of our branches will intensify their retail banking activities. The loan book of the Komitas branch will be increased from current 150mln AMD to as much as 1bln AMD," Sekoyan said.
As of Oct 30 2011 Ameriabank's personal time deposit portfolio totaled 35bln AMD - 56% more than Oct 30 2010. The individual clientele grew by 40%, the number of credit accounts by 56%, the number of deposit ones by 68%.
Ameriabank offers its individual customers a wide package of services: time deposits, gold deposits, savings and metals accounts, plastic cards, a wide range of loans (mortgage, auto, personal).
The majority shareholder of Ameriabank is TDA Holdings Limited (an affiliate of Troika Dialog), which owns 99.99% of the bank's capital.
