Ameria Asset Management: First share fund in Armenia to be set up in Q4 2013


ArmInfo. The process of merger of Cascade Investments CJSC and Ameria Asset Management (formerly Ameria Invest), member of Ameria Group, has successfully been completed.

Ameria Group has told ArmInfo that Ameria Asset Management is the legal successor of Cascade Investments CJSC. To note, Cascade Investments was the first company in Armenia to launch services of management of investment resources and assets.

Due to the merger, Ameria Asset Management will expand the spectrum of services and increase the inflow of customers for participation in the first share fund, which will be set up in Q4 2013.

The integration of the two companies' best practices will open new opportunities for Ameria Asset Management to develop investment services and make the customer service more effective.

To note, Cascade Investments CJSC was founded on 8 April 2004 and registered by the Central Bank of Armenia as an investment company on 26 June 2008. Ameria Invest CJSC (currently Ameria Asset Management) was founded on 16 October 2001 and registered by the CBA as an investment company on 26 June 2008.
