 
Anelik Bank is launching a new premium card product - Visa Platinum. The press office of Anelik Bank has told ArmInfo that the cardholders will enjoy numerous discounts at the foreign trade and service outlets.
"The Visa Platinum card of Anelik Bank includes a full package of special privileges the cardholders can enjoy when traveling, spending vacations, having meals and making shopping. The Priority Pass card provided together with Visa Platinum ensures an access to more than 600 VIP halls of airports in 100 countries. That card allows the customers to book hotel rooms in 130 countries. Moreover, it is possible to do that both 12 months prior to the trip and at the last minute," says Astghik Martirosyan, PR Representative of "Anelik Bank" CJSC.
She notes that the Visa Platinum cardholders can also book a hotel room online - at http://www.hotelclub.com/visa/en - and enjoy discounts at over 50,000 hotels throughout the world.

According to the Analytical Review "Armenian Banks in Card Business" by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information, as of 1 April 2015, the number of Anelik Bank's active cards exceeded 47 thsd, including over 20 thsd Visa cards, over 19 thsd ArCa cards and almost 7 thsd MasterCards. In 2014, the amount of plastic transactions totaled about 32 bln AMD (up 60% versus 2013), with over 89% of them being ATM transactions (2-fold year-over-year growth in absolute terms). As of 1 April 2015, Anelik Bank had 59 ATMs (including 49 in Yerevan) and 371 POS-terminals. Anelik Bank was the first Armenian bank to simultaneously work with Visa and MasterCards, at the same time actively issuing and serving local ArCa cards. The Bank launched the following card projects: VISA ANELIK Classic of Anelik RU, ANELIK BANK MasterCard GOLD PRIVILEGE MAN/LADY, ANELIK BANK BOOM ENERGY VISA Classic and other card products.
To note, in Feb 2009 CreditBank S.A.L. became a shareholder of Anelik Bank with a 51% stake. In Q4 2013, CreditBank S.A.L. became the sole owner of Anelik Bank by increasing its stake from 89.95% to 100%. In December 2012, the Moscow-based Anelik RU branch was alienated from Anelik Bank. Later Credit Bank S.A.L. received the rights to own Anelik RU.
