Over a Year the Number of VTB Bank Internet-Banking and SMS-Banking Systems Clients Doubled

VTB Bank (Armenia) continues its remote services development policy. According to the bank the number of remote service clients has increased. The Bank's press-office has informed ArmInfo that over the past year the number of Internet-Banking system clients has almost doubled. The number of operations carried out through the system has been increased by 60%.  Internet-banking is a chance for a customer to transfer money, to pay bills, to repay loans, to get cards, to inquire balance wherever he or she is.

The bank also keeps developing its SMS-Banking system. It takes 20 seconds to check the balance. The client gets the info according to the main currency of this account based on Central Bank's exchange rate of a concrete day.  Cardholders of the Bank can also use SMS Banking services to check their card account balance. As of 01.07.2015 the number of SMS-Banking clients totaled 163.161 - twice more than a year ago.

ATM network of the bank is another VTB Bank remote service. Last year the bank extended the functions of its ATMs and enabled utility payments through the mentioned system. All the bank cardholders can carry out utility payments 24/7.

VTB Bank cooperates with TelCell company to provide more comfortable conditions for its clients. The accumulation account can also be replenished via more than 1,200 TelCell terminals in Yerevan and in the provinces.    

Given the market demand in Armenia the Bank has also eased the process of fast money transfer. VTB Bank (Armenia) clients can get fast money transfers via dialing 8787 to reach the Call Center. All they need to do is inform of the transfer code and the money will be settle on the account.
