In July 2015 service tariffs in Armenia decreased by 0.1% amid 3.6% yoy growth. in Jan-Jul 2015 service tariffs increased by 1% which is more by 3.7% compared with the same period in 2014. Gurgen Martirosyan, the head of the RA National Statistical Service of Price Statistics and International Comparisons Department, said during an August 7 press conference that in July 2015 domestic services went down in value by 0.2%, transport - 1,9%, healthcare services - 0,3%, culture - 0,4%, education - 0,1%,
recreation organization - 0,2%. Legal and banking services went up in price by 1.3%. Housing and utilities services tariffs remained unchanged. In July 2015 2.2% deflation was registered in the consumer market of Armenia (amid 4.2% yoy inflation); in Jan-Jul - 2.2% deflation (amid 5% yoy inflation).
