ArmInfo. ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank held the last business seminar in 2015 for the heads of small and medium enterprises between November 24 and 27. As the press- service of the Bank informed ArmInfo, the next seminars for SME will be held in February of 2016.
According to the source, the participants were presented the five most actual topics, and through these topics the participants were shown how to upgrade their theoretical and practical knowledge of business process management and use of marketing tools.
From now on not only Bank's clients but those small and medium business holders, who are not bank clients may also participate in the seminars organized by the bank.
According to the Financial Rating of Armenian Banks prepared by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), as of 1 July 2015, the share of SME lending in ACBA Credit Agricole Bank's loan book was over 22% or almost 42 bln AMD. ACBA Credit Agricole Bank's share in the total injections of the banks into this field exceeds 7%.
To note, "ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" CJSC has been operating in Armenia since 1995. Since September 2006, the majority shareholders of the Bank have been Credit Agricole S.A. (15.56%) and SJSC "Sacam International" (part of Credit Agricole S.A - 12.44%). Along with them, 10 agricultural cooperative unions hold shares in the capital of ACBA- CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK. Over the last ten years, the Bank's branch network has grown 6-fold to 56 (second place in the market), including 41 branches in the provinces of Armenia. The Bank is among the top five banks by its key parameters.
