ArmInfo. The client base of Armenia's banking system by November 1, 2015 numbered 2 223 570 physical and 76 440 legal entities. According to the National Statistic Service of Armenia, 2 310 010 clients had 4 123 719 accounts in Armenia's banks, from which 3 948 614 are accounts of physical entities and 175 105 of legal entities.
According to the source, client base of Armenian banks increased by 3.3% or 73 900 clients in Jan-Nov of 2015. The growth made up 4.6% year over year. At the same time the account number growth rate almost twofold exceeds the growth of client base. Thus growth of bank accounts totaled 7.2% for the 10 months and 9% year over year.
