ArmInfo. Prices of precious metals keep soaring in Armenia. Thus, in the current week precious metals grew in prices by 6.1% mainly due to silver and platinum, prices of which grew sharply, while growth rates of prices on gold and palladium slackened.
The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following selling prices have been set for precious metals for July 11-July 17: gold (small bullions) - 20789,76 AMD per 1g (2.6% growth versus 3.4% growth in the previous week), silver - 307.01AMD (9.9% growth versus 4.6% growth), platinum - 16418,24 AMD (7.2% growth versus 2.4% growth in previous week) and palladium - 9248,37 AMD (4.8% growth versus 4.9% growth in previous week).
By the data of the international stock markets as of July 11, 2016, 4:57 pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up $1354.6(0.01% decline versus July 10), silver - $20.33(no changes versus July 10), platinum - $1098 (no changes versus July 10) and palladium - $628 (no changes versus July 10).
