ArmInfo. Beline announced the launching of the Generation Z project for high school and universities students, within the framework of which the company will offer the attendants a 4-hour business day, proper wages and an opportunity to work at one of the biggest Armenian companies.
As ArmInfo was told at the press offive of the company, within the framework of the first stage of the project Beeline invited schools directors and universities chairmen to discuss all the details of the project. An agreement has been reached during that meeting that the lists of best students will be submitted, and, proceeding of those lists an elections will be held to determine the best participants having the skills required.
According to the source, the Project will be attended by students of 5 schools and 5 universities.
" The Generation Z project is accordant to our global program of Make your Mark, and with the help of this project we give youth an opportunity to change the life to a better one. For an innovative company like Beeline is, this is a great opportunity to amend our staff with talented and motivated employees," Andrey Pyatakhin, the Director General of Beeline stated.
In her turn, Marine Galstyan, the Staff Development and HR manager of Beeline, added: "Our goal is to involve representatives of the new Z Generation, and to develop new products and services together with them = products and services that will be used by them and their children."
To mention, the Generation Z Project will start in the beginning of 2017.
